By signing up on growthnodes.com you agree to this refund policy. If this cannot be honoured by you or your company please do not sign up or use growthnodes.com.

Below referenced to “US”, “Company” is GrowthNodes Inc & GrowthNodes.com & “Client”, “Customer” & “You” is referenced to the person or company that made payment to us or signed up for a free trial.

You have up to 20 days after taking a subscription for the first time to request a refund. You should contact our chat assistance or write to us at [email protected] within these 20 days.

Recurring subscription has to be cancelled 24 hours before the next payment time or you will incur charges for next month.

Any DFY services purchased from GrowthNodes.com have a strict no refund policy.

You can request for a refund if growthnodes didn’t perform as mentioned but considering the below situations.

• There won’t be a refund in the below cases.

  • There is a bug inside growthnodes due to social media platform changes. We should be able to fix minor bugs within 1-3 days and major bugs within 3 - 14 days this time period is excluding weekends. Instead of a refund or as credits You will be compensated for the missing days lost due to the bug fix upon request without questions.

  • The social media platform that it works on changes something and we have to make changes based on that.
  • The customer reported a bug and we can’t reproduce it on our end to fix it.
  • The social media platform removes a feature that prevents us from continuing to fix the feature. For example: If they do not allow you to send messages anymore on desktop then this feature will be depreciated and removed from our software.
  • The customer decided to not use the software because of any reasons.
  • The social media platform itself doesn’t allow the operation.
  • Your device is not compatible with our software in any case and The 7 day free trial is the time period we give to test this and make sure everything is good. If you don’t feel this is a good fit, cancel the plan by contacting our email support.
  • Your social account itself doesn’t support the feature or have access.
  • You are trying to connect this to a profession account instead of a normal account as growthnodes not is only for normal accounts.
  • Your social account is not supported because of language compatibility with our software. You should use the English version of all social media accounts to use GrowthNodes.
  • You forgot to cancel the subscription before the renewal in such cases the billing will be cancelled for next month.
  • You decide to change your mind after the product was purchased or picked the wrong plan.
  • You misunderstood the product & bought GrowthNodes without watching demo videos or getting on a demo call.
  • The client used the software beyond the suggested or new limit & got temporary account restriction.
  • We find you are reselling accounts to competitors.
  • We find you are using the account or hacking into our system with a written permission.
  • We find you are exploiting the resources in an unintended way.
  • You are a competitor and we suspend your account for testing our software or reverse engineering any features or software flows.
  • The client doesn’t know how to use the software.
• Refund Commencement

  Once the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to the customer through Stripe and will take 5-7 business days to reach the Customer.

• Dispute

  The customer agrees not to dispute the payment & gives growthnodes the authority to make final decisions on refund or dispute of payment.
