Below referenced to “US”, “Company” is GrowthNodes Inc & GrowthNodes.com & “Client”, “Customer” & “You” is referenced to the person or company that made payment to us or signed up for a free trial.
You have up to 20 days after taking a subscription for the first time to request a refund. You should contact our chat assistance or write to us at [email protected] within these 20 days.
Recurring subscription has to be cancelled 24 hours before the next payment time or you will incur charges for next month.
Any DFY services purchased from GrowthNodes.com have a strict no refund policy.
You can request for a refund if growthnodes didn’t perform as mentioned but considering the below situations.
There is a bug inside growthnodes due to social media platform changes. We should be able to fix minor bugs within 1-3 days and major bugs within 3 - 14 days this time period is excluding weekends. Instead of a refund or as credits You will be compensated for the missing days lost due to the bug fix upon request without questions.
Once the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to the customer through Stripe and will take 5-7 business days to reach the Customer.
The customer agrees not to dispute the payment & gives growthnodes the authority to make final decisions on refund or dispute of payment.
